| The eDevice's eDconv Serial2TCP solution embed a Telnet server able to transfer all the data flow from/to the serial port to/from the telnet session. As a consequence you can connect it to the device to allow remote monitoring through the Internet! The eDconv is plugged to the device through the serial port and connected on the LAN, GPRS or PSTN network. LAN and GPRS are connectionless networks and can then offer a permanent access for remote monitoring and control of the legacy devices. Every PC on the same LAN can access the device through a telnet session. IDeMS Proxy-eDconv Middleware service enables access to devices directly from the Internet.
