Wireless Network Providers are usually more focused on voice or multimedia services designed for handsets or laptops and it can be difficult to obtain proposals that are tuned for M2M projects. Technical constraints such as private or dynamic IP addresses or specific way of use (out of the rush hours, low quantity of data) usually do not fit into pre-packaged GPRS subscriptions.
