- I do not see any message when I power on the device. - Check the cables and power supply.
- The response may not be active. Enter the AT#V65=1 setting (or AT#Responsemode=1). You might need to enter this setting twice as unexepcted bytes may occur when connecting the serial cable.
- Make sure that the serial cable is not a null modem one.
- for eDbox/eDconv 100/200/300 with plastic casing, open the casing and check that the boards are properly plugged.
- The serial port configuration of the deivce may not match the Hyperterminal settings. eDevice factory settings are 57600 bps, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity
