- If an error message is displayed, this might be due to some erroneous characters. Please try again.
- For custom firmawares that embeds some macros, one macro might have taken the control of the serial port. Reset the device and issue the AT#C994 command as soon as the Info 1026: edevice message is displayed.
- Check the serial cables.
